You & Me Digital Life is a Romanian limited liability company, incorporated in Bucharest in August 2022 and wholly owned by its founder. It exists for one purpose: to hold and operate digital assets on its own balance sheet.

That means the company is on the domain registration, the hosting account, the source repository and the payment agreements — not a client, not a licensee. Two properties sit under it today, serving very different audiences from the same operating model, and the structure is built so a third can be added without renegotiating anything.

  • Owned outright

    Each property is held in full by the company. No shared cap table, no licence to revoke, no platform that can remove us from our own audience.

  • Built in-house

    Product, engineering, content and growth sit together. A decision reaches production in days, because there is no one to hand it to.

  • Held for the long term

    Properties are compounded, not flipped. Every choice is made against the version of the site that has to still be running in five years.
